Undertaking our internship program is a great opportunity for any potential outdoor activity guide to gain valuable experience in many different fields next to professional divers, sea kayakers, hikers and first aid instructors.

Depending on the outdoor activity field you would like to expertise in and the time you would like to spend with us we can customize the intership program. We recommend you to stay with us at least 2 months and if possible to join us during the high season (July and August) when we are running multiple trips per day.

Every season the internship positions are limited so the ideal applicant should have at least scuba diving (open water certificate or higher) and sea kayaking experience. Good fitness level is necessary. 

You can choose some or all of the following skills and certifications:

-PADI Divemaster internship (Certificate)

-Sea kayaking skills and guiding (according to BCU and ISKGA syllabus)

-First Aid skills (EFR) (Certificate)

-Outdoor activities photography and image post processing

-Trip research and designing
